This Privacy Policy explains how DISPATCH CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED handles information in connection with Dispatch Cleaning (uk.co.dispatchclean.saniclean.cleanroute.dispatchx), an Android application for cleaning supervisors.

Dispatch Cleaning helps a cleaning supervisor check the round's supplies against the storeroom count before the shift starts. It keeps minimum levels and counted amounts so that shortfalls and the next order are clear.

The policy covers the application itself and the contact you may have with the company about it.

On-Device Storage

The application stores supply-check records locally on the Android device. The records you create or keep in the app may include:

The app also holds its own state on the device, such as its settings, display preferences and interface state like the saved list order, together with a small cache. The cache contains temporary files: the last shared text file until the next share replaces it, and the last exported PDF file until the next export replaces it. These settings and temporary files are the app's own working state rather than supply-check records.

This local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow. The core workflow does not require your name, an email address or any other personal identity information, although the records you keep in the app may contain personal information if you choose to enter it.

Minimum levels for each supply, with the packs required at that level
Counted number of each cleaning supply on the storeroom shelves, with the count date

Exporting, Sharing and Copying

The app lets a supervisor take a result out of the app. Each of the following happens only when the user starts it, through Android system actions:

Data stays on the device unless the user exports, shares or copies it. Exported files remain wherever the user chooses to save or share them, and the app does not send a copy to the developer. The app does not place orders and does not transmit an order to any supplier.

Exporting a result as a PDF file through the Android share sheet
Sharing a result as a plain-text file through the Android share sheet
Copying a result as text to the device clipboard

Android Permissions

The app declares one Android permission, android.permission.INTERNET. That permission is declared by the framework the app is built with. The app itself makes no network requests. No other Android permission is declared by the app.

Important Use Notice

The app is a planning and record-keeping aid for the supervisor's own supply checks. The minimum levels and shortfall figures are working estimates that the supervisor sets and checks, and the count and shortfall list is a planning aid, not an audited stock record. The app does not place orders.

All figures and lists the app produces rest on what the supervisor enters and are intended for informational and practical use in running the round.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to support the integrity of the application. Local app content stays in the application's own storage on the device and is not held on company servers. Users remain responsible for securing their own device and any exported copies they keep or send. No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time. When it changes, the revision date shown with this policy is updated. The current version of the policy always sets out how the app handles information.

The application is operated by DISPATCH CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED. Details for reaching the company are set out below.
